Escape w/ Clusterpluck LIVE at The Lincoln Theatre

Arrive early, as Clusterpluck—widely recognized as one of the premier bluegrass bands in the country—will begin the evening with a one-hour set. Originating from Southern Illinois, Clusterpluck recently marked their 15th anniversary. The group employs an impressive array of stringed instruments, percussion, and four-part harmonies to deliver a dynamic blend of bluegrass, country, and jam genres.

After Clusterpluck’s set, Escape, whose 7-member line-up includes Justin Wallace and John Brighton of Old Salt Union. Escape draws inspiration from bands such as Blind Melon, Tool, Alice in Chains, Pink Floyd and Phish. Known for versatile musical arrangements incorporating bass, drums, guitar, mandolin, and violin. The group is distinguished by its compelling mix of acoustic / electric progressive rock, featuring intricate solos, rich harmonies, and vocals ranging from melodic to robust.
