Adults can sip on hard cider from the Cider Shed while taking in the sounds of live German-style music\, including performances by local favorites like the Waterloo German Band. \nMake a day of it with shopping in our Country Store\, dining in the Country Restaurant\, and picking out the perfect fall décor to bring the season home with you. \nEcktoberfest is the ultimate fall festival experience—celebrating the flavors\, sights\, and traditions of autumn on the farm.

SUMMARY:Belleville Chili Cook-Off
DESCRIPTION:The Annual Chili Cook-off\, hosted by the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce is held in Downtown Belleville\, IL on the second full weekend in October. \n  \nHosted by the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce\, the Annual Chili Cook-off has featured the culinary creations of individuals\, local organizations\, and area businesses for more than 39 years! What started with just a few vendors on one block of East Main Street in downtown Belleville has now grown to more than 60 vendors and is one of the largest festivals in Belleville!  Many people attend the Chili Cook-off to enjoy the great chili\, entertainment\, and other festivities\, but most don’t realize that it’s the biggest fundraiser of the year for many non-profit organizations. Over half of the vendors participating at the Chili Cook-off each year are either non-profit organizations or a business raising money for a charity\, including the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce. 100% of the money spent at each booth goes to that vendor. In addition\, attendees are invited to vote in the People’s Choice contest for their favorite chili for $1 per vote. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Community Interfaith Food Pantry in Belleville.
