DESCRIPTION:FREEDOM FEST Incorporated is a Not-For-Profit\, that is dedicated to honor Military Veterans and/or First Responders through Charitable contributions.  This year\, funds will be raised for “HONOR FLIGHT.”  We are holding an outdoor Music Festival at the Southern Illinois Justice Center Campus\, formerly Lindenwood University\, Belleville\, 2300 West Main Street\, on Friday\, June 26 & Saturday\, June 27\, 2026. \nThe music line-up includes national recording artists\, HEAD EAST.  Other groups include Aragon\, a KSHE house band with Guns n’ Roses drummer; long time local favorite Boulderdash; hottest new country group\, Shotgun Creek; House Shakers with former members of the SMASH band; Ainad Shrine Drum & Bugle Corp; Clinton County’s own\, with the brother of Lead man from HEAD EAST\, Repeat Offenders\, and others. \nOn Friday\, we will operate from 5PM until 11PM.  Saturday\, we will open the gates at 12:30PM\, following the City’s 250th USA Anniversary Parade\, which will end at our venue.  Music starts at 2PM and concludes with HEAD EAST performing from 8PM until 9:30PM.  We will close around 10PM\, depending on our crowd.  Later\, warranted. \nThere will have food Vendors\, Veteran Information booths and other activities for our clientele\, such as a photo booth\, possibly a character artist\, clowns\, etc. \nThis event is being organized by the Ainad Shrine’s\, Legion of Honor and the Belleville Gear Jammers Car Club. \nFor additional information\, you may contact: \nBarry R Gregory\, 618-616-0338\, barry_gregory@yahoo.com or \nRyan Rothweiler\, 618-444-3000\, rlr1116@gmail.com \n
